Devices
You may return a Solius device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a $250 Restocking Fee by contacting our support team to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns initiated without an RMA will not be accepted. All approved device returns are subject to a flat $250 Restocking Fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Solius will provide you a prepaid return shipping label when it issues a RMA number. You are responsible for packaging the device securely for return shipment and are liable for any damage or loss of your return. We will not issue refunds for devices that you have damaged or have significant wear, are missing components, or are not returned. You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any damage to the device that occurred during shipment or defects and documenting or taking photos as requested.
Returns may be submitted by the original purchaser or by a subsequent owner who can provide the original order number for the purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and process the returned device and approve the return. If the device was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card. For devices given or received as a gift, refunds can only be issued to the payment method used by the original purchaser.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered. Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting hello@solius.com. Regardless of the order stage (pending or shipped), a $250 Order Cancellation Fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Accessories
Accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened condition. Opened accessories are not eligible for return.
Contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a RMA number. Solius will provide you a prepaid return shipping label when it issues a RMA number. You are responsible for packaging the items securely for return shipment and are liable for any damage or loss of your return. We will not issue refunds for items that are not in their original unopened package, you have damaged, or are not returned. You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any damage to the items that occurred during shipment or defects and documenting or taking photos as requested.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your Membership, you will retain access through the end of your current paid period when your cancellation will be effective. See our Membership Terms for details.

This Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.solius.com or the Solius App. Products purchased from other retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy. This Return Policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
