Brain Vitamin D Tied to Cognitive Function

A new study found that higher levels of vitamin D in four key areas of the brain were associated with 25%-33% less risk of dementia or cognitive impairment. Higher brain vitamin D concentration was also associate with improved episodic memory, working memory, and perceptual speed.
