Association Between Time Spent Outdoors and Risk of Multiple Sclerosis

A newly published case-control study found that sun exposure was linked to lower risk of pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis (MS). Results showed that being outdoors 1 to 2 hours a day dropped the odds by 81%.
